Proverbs 27:17

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

The definition of a real man, in today's society, seems to be constantly being redefined according to the latest fad or trend. The media bombards us with images of how we are supposed to look, talk and act. It's not surprising many men are confused as to their identity and role in society.

The good news is that God's definition and role for us as men can be found in the Bible. Simply put, we are called to be:

• Children of God
• Servant Leaders of our home, church, and community
• Brothers in Christ

At Faith Bible Church, the Men's Ministry seeks to build "real men" of God. It begins with an authentic relationship with God. We meet to study the word, share challenges unique to men, and provide a place for accountability.

In addition to our bi-monthly meeting for bible study, we offer opportunities to fellowship and serve at events and at the annual men's retreat.

The Men's Ministry meets regularly on the 2nd and 4th Monday's of each month at Kurt Nguyens residence.
